What happens if I lose my phone? Is my Trov data secure?

Your Trov is protected with a secure password of your choice. We recommend that you create an additional 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) by going to your Settings in the app. On compatible devices there's also the option to create a Touch ID passcode, which allows access to your Trov using a fingerprint scan. Contact Trov Support (support@trov.co.uk) for assistance resetting your passcode using another device.

We strongly recommend that you secure all your mobile devices with a passcode whether or not you have a Trov account. A passcode on your device is the first line of defence to protect ALL your personal information. In the unfortunate situation where your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend you reset your Trov passcode.
