Why can't I turn on protection right now?

We're currently making updates to our service as we expand our global underwriting partnership with Munich Re Digital Partners to the United Kingdom. You may experience some changes, including a period of time when you may not be able to purchase new protection.

For new customers and existing customers with no items protected:

If you have no active protection or are looking to purchase cover for the first time with Trov, you will be unable to do so during this short period.

If you have active protection for one or more items:

If you have active protection for one or more items, your cover will remain unchanged during this period. However, should you turn off protection entirely for all your items, you will be unable to turn it back on immediately.
